Noodle soup with homemade noodle

Noodle soup – 2 portions
Noodle soup is typical Asian meal that most people love to have it either for breakfast, lunch or dinner. A simple and rich noodle soup gives super delicious taste bud. Dish that originally comes from China is well known throughout the world. It can be prepared with any kind of vegetables and meats.
Here I present my homemade noodle soup combined with deep fried chicken schnitzel.

Ingredients

Noodle
400 gram all purpose flour
100 ml water
1 tsp salt

Chicken Schnitzel
250 gram chicken breast
3 tbsp flour
1-2 pieces eggs
150 gram bread crumb
200 ml cooking oil
Salt
Pepper

Garnish
2 pieces eggs
100 gram carrot
10 gram spring onion
200 ml chicken stock

Method
1. Making noodle dough and set it aside to rest before rolling it flat.
2. Boil egg – hard, set it aside.
3. Slice carrot and spring onion; set it aside.
4. Slice chicken, pound chicken.
5. Prepare flour, egg, bread crumb.
6. Season chicken with salt and pepper, chili powder (optional).
7. Breaded the chicken by coating it in flour, dipping it in flour and coating it again in bread crumbs.
8. Clean up the counter
9. Peel egg.
10. Prepare the noodle: roll it flat and slice it. Set it aside.
11. Deep fry chicken schnitzel. Set it aside.
12. Boil the soup/stock. Set it aside.
13. Boil water and cook noodle for 5 minutes.
14. Prepare the bowl and assembly the noodle soup as your wishes.

Story how I start to love baking bread

Hallo, Readers... Here am I, why I choose baking bread. Pretty easy because I love to eat bread... yes, it is... but but... the story behind my passion is my husband loves to eat bread.
