Pork ribs

The soft and juicy pork ribs baked on the pan

Let find out how I made it.... #porkribs

Ingredients:

1 - 1.5 kg pork ribs
2-3 ltr water
salt
pepper

Method:
1. Slice the pork ribs into 3-4 pieces to ease it in boiling it in a pot.
2. Add enough water into the pot until the water covered the pork ribs

3. Add 1tbsp salt into the water. Bring the water to boil and lower the heat. Let it simmer for 2-3 hours with very low heat. Cover the pot if you wish too but have a look on it once or twice during cooking time.

4. After 3 hours, check the pork ribs if it is soft enough to be pulled off the bones.

5. Switch off the heat. Transfer the pork ribs out of the pork stock.
Strain the stock and cool it down. Fridge it for other usage such as soup.

6. Season the pork ribs with enough salt and pepper. Other choice of sauce could be used such as honey and black pepper, etc.

7. Heat the non-stick pan, add 1-2 tbsp oil, place the pork ribs and bake it for few minutes until golden brown.

8. Enjoy the pork ribs.

Story how I start to love baking bread

Hallo, Readers... Here am I, why I choose baking bread. Pretty easy because I love to eat bread... yes, it is... but but... the story behind my passion is my husband loves to eat bread. He is the one introducing me different kind of breads in this world. I am borned in Indonesia, asian root.. What I know about bread.. it is just a simple toast bread and different kind of rolls. As I work in the hotel industry, I see many more types of breads. I start to love eating more breads.. Short stories.. After marriage, I start to learn cooking and baking with my mother in law. I start to love it, it is not easy but I have to learn it. There is no elevator to success. Because of my husband job, on July 2015 we moved to Accra, west Africa. Here it was very difficult to get good crusty bread. Then he came out with ideas why don't you learn to bake bread while I did not work in the mean time. So I grabbed my tabs and started to search and learn how to bake bread from youtube and google.
